Please read these terms carefully before using the app. By continuing, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

1. Nature of the service

The app lets you share and view anonymous, location-based posts from other users. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

2. Eligibility

The app is intended for users 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, do not use the app.

3. User-generated content

You are responsible for content you post. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We may remove content, suspend or terminate access, and cooperate with authorities where appropriate.

4. Anonymous posting

Posts are anonymous to other users. We may process device identifiers and technical data as described in our privacy disclosures to operate safety features (for example reports, blocks, and moderation).

5. Moderation

We provide tools to report, block, hide, and delete content as described in the app. We strive to act on reports within 24 hours by removing violating content and ejecting users who post it, subject to volume and legal process.

6. No warranties

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not endorse user content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

8. Acceptance

By using the app you accept these terms in full. If you disagree, you must not use the app.
