Community Guidelines

Whisper is a place for anonymous, location-based sharing. To keep everyone safe, we have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. These rules apply together with our Terms of Use.

Not allowed

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting individuals or groups
• Sexual content involving minors, or any sexual exploitation
• Illegal activity, instructions to harm people or property, or terrorism
• Doxxing, stalking, or sharing others’ private information
• Spam, scams, malware, or misleading impersonation
• Non-consensual intimate imagery

Consequences

We may remove content, block devices, and ban repeat offenders without notice. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement where required.

Reporting & moderation

Use Report inappropriate content on a post, or contact us via Safety & help in the app or at support@whisperapp.org. We aim to review reports within 24 hours, remove violating material, and eject users who post offending content.
